Slow Art Corsica!
Slow Art at Le Couvent in Cap Corse!
Slow art CORSICA ♥︎
Corsica, France / September 24-29, 2025 / Add-On Sept. 29-Oct. 2 (contact me) / Group size 10 people max
Corsica has been a long time dream in the making— showing up on my first vision board in maybe 2005?!! Then in 2021 I took the ferry from Sardinia for a day trip to the port town of Bonifacio, blown away by the beautiful clifflike coastal rocks rippling into bright blue waters, and then that charming old town above the port.. So pretty, so French!
We’ll head instead to the northern Cap Corse peninsula, staying at a former 15th-century monastery (before it was acquired in the late 18th C by a local noble family, in whose hands it has remained since!). The beauty of the original structure, the dedication and passion of the owners to preserve its original charm (SO charming), will be endless inspiration for our sketchbooks. The quiet nature and sea views will calm our souls. And Emmanuelle, known for her incredible meals, will prepare beautiful local and seasonal dishes from her garden, with recipes passed down generations. We’ll soak it all in with our Slow Art workshops, rest and reset lounging poolside, walking in the verdant countryside, lazing at the nearby beaches, and exploring quaint fishing villages :)
I’m always told I have the best job— traveling to find wildly beautiful places to share with you— and now you can see what it’s like! Join me in this first adventure to Le Couvent in Corsica!
